Yes! We offer day passes at all Village Hive locations. Whether you need a productive change of scenery, a quiet place for meetings, or just want to try coworking before committing to a membership, you’re always welcome to drop in for the day.

No long-term commitment is required. We offer flexible options including day passes, monthly memberships, meeting room bookings, and private offices. You can choose what works best for your schedule and business needs.

Yes, our meeting rooms are available to both members and non-members. Members have the privilege of booking afterhours and getting a discounted rate. Whether you’re hosting a client meeting, workshop, interview, or team brainstorming session, we have professional, welcoming spaces available by the hour or day.

We do! Many remote and hybrid teams use The Village Hive for team-building days, planning sessions, trainings, workshops, and collaborative offsites. Our spaces are designed to feel professional yet relaxed, making it easier for teams to connect, focus, and recharge together. You can bring in your own food and drink. We also have a list of preferred caterers. 

Yes. We offer virtual office and business address services for entrepreneurs, consultants, and small businesses who want a more professional presence without renting a full-time office. We can also receive mail and packages on your behalf. 

Our virtual office plans include a professional business address, mail handling, and package reception. It’s a simple way to separate your business from your home life while creating a more polished image for clients and partners. Our Virtual Mail plan also provides a discounted rate on room bookings at all of our three locations, Markham, North York and midtown Toronto. Members also enjoy attending our member social events.

Yes. All of our locations include wellness-focused offices and waiting areas designed for therapists, counsellors, coaches, and other practitioners. Spaces are available hourly, daily, weekends, or monthly depending on your needs. We have wellness offices at all three locations – Markham, midtown Toronto at Yonge & Eglinton, North York.
